Adding money
Adding money is sending USDC to your Artisan address, or moving dollars in from a bank account in your name. There is nothing to convert first and nothing to schedule.
From a wallet you already use
Open Add money and copy your address. Send USDC to it the way you would send to any other address. It lands in your balance once the network confirms it, and you do not have to tell us it is coming.
An address is only an address on the network it belongs to, so check the network before you send, not after. The next page is the live list of the ones Artisan can receive on.
From a US bank account
The app also shows account details in your name for moving dollars in. Money sent to those details arrives in your Artisan balance as USDC, ready to spend the same way the rest of it is.
Those details are for money coming in. Nothing can be pulled out of them, so do not hand them to a biller to take a payment and do not set up an autopay against them.
While it is on its way
A deposit shows as pending until the leg it is on has finished. Nothing is lost while it says that, and nothing needs doing from you. Why something is pending covers each kind of wait.
