What Artisan is
Artisan pays your real bills out of the stablecoins you already hold, without cashing out first.
The part that is different
Money held in stablecoins normally has to become dollars in a bank account before it can pay for anything. That is a sale, a transfer and a wait, repeated every month, for a bill you already had the money for.
Artisan takes the payment from what you are already holding. The biller gets dollars. You never had to make the round trip.
What that looks like
Rent. The card bill. The utilities. The things that arrive whether or not it was a good month.
You keep holding what you hold, and the bill still gets paid.
What Artisan is not
It is not a bank and your balance is not a bank deposit. Your money sits in a wallet you control, which is the subject of the next page, and Artisan cannot move it for you.
